Lauren founded Percent Gray in 2017 to make strategic digital operations accessible for creative production and marketing teams. She develops frameworks that help business leaders simplify complex workflow projects and has an uncanny ability to "connect the dots" for organizations that are overwhelmed by their workloads.
Her twenty-plus year passion for photography has led to her involvement in projects with Glossier, USAA, National Geographic, Fuse Media, The Rockefeller Foundation, Gilt.com, and in-house photographic production for coverage of the Met Gala, Vanity Fair Oscar Party, and CFDA Awards. Originating from a degree in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts, Amma's work as a designer, copywriter, photographer, project manager, marketing strategist, researcher, teacher, musician – and a million different permutations of the aforementioned – has made her a multi-faceted producer, utilizing her endless curiosity and the aggregate of her professional experiences to build robust solutions for clients.
